Refund Policy

  • Do not mail items back unless we explicitly ask you to.


1) Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Submit your request within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.
  • Have your order number and email/phone ready.


2) What we cover

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. When submitting, please include:

  • Clear photos of the issue (and packing slip/label if available)
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we’ll offer one of:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Refund to original payment method, or
  • Store credit (your choice, where offered)


3) Change-of-Mind & Size/Fit

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or size/fit. Please review product details and size charts before purchasing.


4) No Physical Returns (Unless Requested)

We don’t require items to be mailed back for covered issues. If a return is needed for inspection, we’ll provide written instructions.
Please do not send items to any address without approval—unauthorised returns can’t be processed.


5) Address Issues & Delivery Problems

  • Orders returned/undeliverable due to incorrect address or unclaimed parcels may require a reshipment fee.
  • If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, document it with the carrier and submit photos through the portal.


6) Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.
  • Gift cards/store credit are non-refundable once issued (unless required by local law).


7) International Orders

  • Any import duties/taxes are non-refundable.
  • Resolution timelines may vary by destination and carrier response.


8) Cancellations

Orders move to production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact support@fandomforge.store immediately. We can only cancel before production/fulfilment begins.
